These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website firstresponsecc.com and any services booked with us in Newport News, Virginia and surrounding areas. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including (but not limited to) carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, air duct cleaning, water damage restoration, and carpet dyeing/bleach spot repair.

2. Service Areas

​

We operate primarily in Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and surrounding areas in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

3. Booking & Payment

​

  • Services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • We may require a deposit for certain services.

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved online payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen emergencies.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the property and work areas.

  • Secure pets and valuables before service begins.

  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage, delicate materials, or special cleaning instructions before the service starts.

6. Liability Limitations

While we take great care in performing our services, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear to carpets, flooring, furniture, or other items.

  • Damage caused by undisclosed defects or conditions (e.g., loose tiles, unstable flooring).

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to cleaning products if not disclosed in advance.
